Originally it was called Memphis, and then Windows 97, but Microsoft changed the name when it realized that it was going to miss its target 1997 release date.
Windows 98 offers support for a number of new technologies, including FAT32, AGP, MMX, USB, DVD, and ACPI. Its most visible feature, though, is the Active Desktop, which integrates the Web browser (Internet Explorer) with the operating system. From the user's point of view, there is no difference between accessing a document residing locally on the user's hard disk or on a Web server halfway around the world.
A major upgrade to Windows 95. Introduced in June 1998, it included numerous bug fixes, performance enhancements and support for more hardware, including the Universal Serial Bus (USB). It added support for two monitors, which helps developers working in one resolution and testing in another. Windows 98 tightly integrated Microsoft's Internet Explorer Web browser into the desktop. Windows 2000 (also referred to as Win2K) is a preemptible, interruptible, graphical and business-oriented operating system that was designed to work with either uniprocessor or symmetric multi-processor 32-bit Intel x86 computers. It is part of the Microsoft Windows NT line of operating systems and was released on February 17, 2000. It was succeeded by Windows XP in October 2001 and Windows Server 2003 in April 2003. Windows 2000 was made available in four editions: Professional, Server, Advanced Server, and Datacenter Server. Additionally, Microsoft offered Windows 2000 Advanced Server Limited Edition and Windows 2000 Datacenter Server Limited Edition, which were released in 2001 and runs on 64-bit Intel Itanium microprocessors. All editions of Windows 2000 have common functionality, including many system utilities such as the Microsoft Management Console and standard system administration applications. Support for people with disabilities was improved over Windows NT 4.0 with a number of new assistive technologies, and Microsoft included increased support for different languages and locale information. All versions of the operating system support the Windows NT filesystem, NTFS 3.0, the Encrypting File System, as well as basic and dynamic disk storage. The Windows 2000 Server family has additional functionality, including the ability to provide Active Directory services (a hierarchical framework of resources), Distributed File System (a file system that supports sharing of files) and fault-redundant storage volumes. Windows 2000 can be installed and deployed to corporate desktops through either an attended or unattended installation. Unattended installations rely on the use of answer files to fill in installation information, and can be performed through a bootable CD using Microsoft Systems Management Server, by the System Preparation Tool. Windows 2000 is the last NT-kernel based version of Microsoft Windows that does not include Windows Product Activation.
At the time of its release, Microsoft marketed Windows 2000 as the most secure Windows version they had ever shipped, however it became the target of a number of high-profile virus attacks such as Code Red and Nimda, and more than seven years after its release, continues to receive patches for security vulnerabilities on a near-monthly basis.

This passes all current Windows and Microsoft update activation pop-ups etc. No need to try to "trick" the Microsoft Update site.

WINDOWS VISTA 32BIT 2.52GB (Best Vista Collection)
This is an untouched copy of Windows Vista. Basically it is what you would get if you went to a store and bought it. I have copied it here without any intervention in forming the ISO file. Its an Exact copy. This is great if you have lost your actual disc and have a proper serial key (legal). Or if you bought a new computer and it came pre-installed with Windows Vista (but you want to do a clean install because you do not want all the bloatware that computer companies tag along with the purchase of a new computer using your pre-installed windows Vista serial key (legal).
*If you do not have a key, I have included an activator crack at the bottom, just run it and forget it. However Make sure you DO NOT enter a serial key during windows vista install if you will be using the crack method.
This copy of Windows Vista Contains All the Major versions of Vista including basic, Premium, Business, and Ultimate it however does NOT contain Enterprise, or corporate. It includes all the below.
I have uploaded two sets of links.
1.) One is for Premium Rapidshare users. They consist of two links. They are both HJSPLIT files. So after download you will need to recombine them to get the .ISO file. HJSPLIT is included here and does NOT require installation it is a standalone utility to split/merge large files.

After downloading & joining the files to make your iso...You may find the Vistax86 file without the extention causing nero not to read it! Don't Panic
all you have to do is simply rename Vistax86 to Vistax86.iso
2.) The second set of links contain 26 links for either Rapidshare Premium or free users. You will need to extract the ISO file after download using WinRAR which is not included here but can be found on this website.
3.) You may burn the ISO file using NERO, Ashampoo, or mount it with what you want.
4.) If you burn, insert disc, and restart computer. Follow the prompts to install windows.
5.) If you do NOT already have a Valid Serial Key for one of the Vista Editions, MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE THE SERIAL FIELD BLANK WHEN THE INSTALLER PROMPTS YOU. Also untick the part that says "automatically activate vista when I am online." After installation run the included crack at the bottom.
Just run after install and let it do its job. Thats it and you will have a fully activated Windows Vista for any edition you choose to install, capable of receiving all updates.
